My baby is only 5 months old and started showing interest in other foods than just milk. So I decided to find something to help him transition. I was looking through Amazon, like I often
do in the evenings and run across this cute gadget. It was stating that
it has won some kind of award, so indeed I was intrigued. At price point of $12 there was not much to lose, so I had to have it. I like everything innovative. So here are my thoughts on Kidsme Food Feeder. It is a transitioning contraption from pacifier to solid foods. It looks similar to pacifier but about 1/2 bigger. The silicon nipple part is softer than on pacifier and it has small holes positioned all around it. It opens up and you can put baby friendly foods in the nipple and lock close it. It is intended that baby would suck on the nipple while slowly eating food that you put there. I was playing with Earth's Best pears from the jar. I still have not perfected it, but have to admit that it was a bit messy and oozing all over the place from those holes. Luckily my fault because I put rather liquidy substance there. Next time I will try
to put some more solid food. My baby enjoyed it quite a bit though. It took him a while but he got it in the end and consumed all the contents.
This feeder has a small loop at the base of it and you can hang it on a string if you like, which would likely prevent it nose diving to the floor every 5 minutes. Great idea.
Verdict. I loved this gadget. Still have to test it with more of different kinds of food, but it's definitely a great invention. Can be purchased here.
